- Jan Fictorie Added September 24, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★My first youth hostel I stayed in. 1994 I came to Australia on a working holiday visa. I was 21 and never been alone on holiday. I loved this place. We had a bbq on the roof patio. Very well located. Wish I could come back one day...
- Julian Added September 22, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Nice, quiet hostel a bit away from the city centre. Rooms were spacey and clean and reception staff was very helpful. Plus was a nice TV room and the comfy beds, but the kitchen wasn't good. Almost no cutlery and people didn't clean up after themselves and the hostel didn't do anything about it.

This hostel has great and well kept facilities, is very fairly priced and attracts a lovely crowd of people. Roof top view is fantastic and it's very well run. I will definitely be staying again!

Though I kept to myself and did my own thing, there were plenty of social activities and a really nice vibe. Friendly staff too. Just bear in mind rooms aren’t air conditioned for mid summer.
